Feeling Tired All the Time a Symptom of Health Problems

A health problem can have different symptoms including feeling tired all the time. This fact should then make us realize that we should not take tiredness seriously. If we often feel exhausted and tired; when sleep could not seem to make us feel better; and when tiredness comes with other symptoms, you should then be wise to see your doctor for expert diagnosis and proper prescription.

Anemia (lack of iron), underactive thyroid and diabetes are examples of endocrine/metabolic disorder resulting to tiredness. Communicable diseases like hepatitis, flu and HIV can also make you overly tired. When you are suffering from sleep problems such as sleep apnea and insomnia, you also endure fatigue and tiredness.

Diseases of the heart and the lungs including heart failure and asthma are also known causes of depleted body energy. If you are stressed, feeling depressed and always anxious about a lot of things, you lack the motivation to perform. These mental health problems can also cause you to lack the will to eat; therefore draining you of your needed energy.
